Sieg-Huao Gussworks (Anhui) Company Limited

Sieg-Huao was established in 2010 with registered capital of 9.21 million yuan, covering an area of 22 mu and building area of 8500 square meters. We specialize in producing lightweight and stainless steel parts, and we are a national high-tech enterprise. The company's production capacity is based on pressure casting and silica sol precision casting processes, precision machining of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, and stainless steel parts, and supplying globally renowned customers with precision metal parts that can be assembled. The product applications include automotive new energy three electric systems, engines, power transmission, intake and exhaust systems, rail transportation, fluid control, electric power tools, medical equipment and other industries. The company obtained SGS certification for its quality management system (IATF 16949) in 2019. The company strictly establishes and improves its occupational health management system, safety management system, and environmental management system in accordance with national laws and regulations. The company's goal is to become a global professional supplier of metal parts. We specialize in metal parts processing and have the ability to establish factories quickly nearby for timely supply according to customer requirements.
The company established a research & development center for special aluminum alloy materials in 2020, which develops special alloys and production forming methods based on customers' specific needs. At present, significant breakthroughs have been made in high-performance alloys such as high wear resistance, high toughness, high corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, high elongation, and high strength, and more than 30 patents have been obtained.

R & D Capability

The casting process plan uses simulation software for early development, and later uses destructive and non-destructive verification to effectively shorten the development time and the success rate of one-time development of castings.

Adopt 3D printing technology & CNC machining to provide customers with samples in the shortest time, conduct product assembly test, and determine the final design plan.

There are 6 technical developers, including 1 material engineer, 2 program engineers, 1 process engineer, 1 machining engineer, and 1 measurement engineer.
